AT&T & The Mercedes Benz Stadium - Living Walls
Director of Photography
For the Mercedes Benz Stadium and AT&T by Living Walls mural project, I was tasked with capturing the creation of artist Drew Borders' new mural. My responsibilities included producing a compelling video that aligns with AT&T's "Dream in Black" campaign for African American artists and photographing the mural's installation process. The video, designed to emphasize the significance of African American artists and their contributions to the cultural landscape, was screened before an Atlanta United game on the Stadium sky screen. Throughout the project, I regularly visited the mural site to film and photograph the progress, meticulously documenting the artist's techniques and the artwork's evolution. I edited the footage into a cohesive narrative that resonated with the campaign's themes, coordinated with AT&T, Living Walls, and stadium officials to meet all requirements and deadlines, and delivered high-quality video and photographic content. The project successfully highlighted Drew Borders' talent and celebrated the vibrant cultural narrative of the community, receiving positive feedback and enhancing the visibility of the "Dream in Black" campaign.
